To cancel your subscription:
- Head to the percentage marker in the bottom left of your screen and click Manage Plan.
- From Billing and Usage, select Manage Plans.
- To cancel, select Cancel Subscription in the Free column. To downgrade, select which plan you'd like to downgrade to.
- Provide your cancellation reason from the dropdown list and confirm your cancellation on the modal that appears.
- Follow the same steps as above to downgrade your plan.
How to Deactivate or Delete Your Account
If you need to completely deactivate or delete your Copilot account:
- Contact Support directly.
- Provide the email address associated with your account.
- The account deactivation process typically takes 1-2 business days.
- The Support team will handle the account deletion and confirm completion via email.
