Currently, the ability to change your email address on your account cannot be done in the platform. Contact our Support team so they can work with you to adjust your email address. We strongly recommend using a work-associated email address when creating your account as opposed to a personal email.
If you know your password, but simply wish to change it, head to your User Settings menu, then click Account Management.
From the Security tab, input your current password, then the one you'd like to change it to. You'll be asked to confirm the new password, then choose Update Password.
Re-authenticating Your Email
If you need to re-authenticate your email in ScaleUp (which may be necessary if your email authentication has expired and your email campaigns are paused), follow these steps:
- Access Account Management.
- Go to Integrations and select Email.
- Next to your email address, click on the three dots.
- Choose Re-authenticate Email.
