Transfer to Another Recruiting Copilot User
Existing Account Admins and/or Workspace Owners can add a new user to their account, and transfer the role of Workspace Owner to hand off ownership of billing. To do so:
- Head to your user profile/settings menu.
- Click Account Management.
- Click Workspace.
- If the user you wish to make the billing admin is already added, click their name. If not, first you'll need to add them to the workspace.
- Once added, click the three dots next to the user's name and choose Change Role.
- Select Workspace Owner as the user's new role and click Confirm.
Transfer to a Non-User
To transfer billing to a non-Copilot user:
- Head to Account Management > Billing and Usage, then scroll down to Manage Payment and Invoices.
- You'll be directed to Stripe. Input your email address and click Send. You should receive and email from Recruiting Copilot. Do not click on anything in the email. Instead, forward it to whomever you'd like to be the new billing admin.
- Instruct the billing admin user to click the link in the email; in which case they'll be directed to the billing management page, where they can add a new card or manage existing billing.
