What if I can't find the email in my inbox?
In case you don't see the email from Findem that you're looking for, be sure to check folders like Spam, Updates, Promotions, etc. If you still don't see it, be sure your email address is correct. If you do find the email in your Spam folder, be sure to click the Report not spam button.
Otherwise, contact your internal IT team. Certain firewalls/email blocking services might be causing the issue.
To ensure you receive future emails from Findem, we recommend asking your IT team to add findem.io to their email security allowlist. This step will help prevent future delivery issues.
Look for This Subject Line
Your welcome email will have the subject line: “Finish setting up your account”
This message contains important information to access your workspace.
While You Wait: Request a One-Time Password
If you're unable to locate your welcome email, you can still get logged in.
Reach out to Findem Support and request a one-time password (OTP) to access your account while the email domain allowlisting is being reviewed by your IT team.
