Pricing includes the flexibility to either pay annually or monthly.

Note:
Multiple users are supported on all plans. Up to 5 can be added to a shared workspace (primary user + up to 4 more).
You can save 20% if you sign up for the Enhanced or Premium annual plans. Annual plans will be charged up front for the whole year, regardless of if/when you cancel your plan. There will be no refunds offered for annual plans if cancelled early.

Essentials / $99 per month
Hire for one position with this option. Most popular for small businesses that typically hire fewer than 10 employees per year. Provides a one-time use option as needed throughout the year.

- Profile and contact information for up to 50 individuals (plus 3 from the Starter plan in your first month). Additional contacts are available for purchase.
- Unlock names and available contact information for potential candidates, including emails, phone numbers, and social media
- Access full work history, skills, and AI summaries of potential candidates
- Connect to your Gmail or Outlook email account to message potential candidates directly in the platform and get replies to your inbox
- Add up to 5 users to your hiring team
Enhanced (Monthly / $315 per month) (Annual / $250 per month)
Source talent for multiple jobs at once. Ideal for small to mid-sized businesses that want to simplify sourcing by building a qualified talent pool to proactively reach and hire new employees from a matched list of potential candidates.
Create a continuous source of potential candidates with:
- Copilot search assistant
- Unlimited jobs
- Contact information for up to 200 sourced potential candidates per month. Additional contacts are available for purchase
- Start a search based on the job description, roles, search filter, and attributes of a specific person, or manually
- Connect to your Gmail or Outlook email account to message potential candidates directly in the platform and get replies to your inbox
- Access market, analytics, stats, and company views against your search results
- Create and manage multiple searches
- Add up to 5 users to your hiring team
- View all search history (note that search version history is only available on the Enhanced and Premium plans)
Premium (Monthly / $750 per month) (Annual / $600 per month)
Streamline your recruiting with more advanced sourcing for hiring managers and HR professionals. Popular with mid-sized businesses that have complex recruiting needs and are looking to fill positions throughout the year.
Build a consistent talent pipeline to meet your ongoing recruiting needs with:
- All features of the Enhanced package
- Contact information for up to 600 sourced potential candidates per month. Additional contacts are available for purchase.
- Auto-generated searches from your Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) job descriptions
- Show inbound matching applicants to your ATS job
- Show past and current applicants from your ATS who are a match for your searches
- Ability to export contacted candidates to your ATS
- Add up to 5 users to your hiring team
- ATS integration options available with Greenhouse, Lever, WorkDay®, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, or Jobvite®
- View all search history (note that search version history is only available on the Enhanced and Premium plans)
Note that with any plan, going over your allotted contacts (overages) will trigger a modal hat allows you to enable overage billing. With overage billing enabled, each additional unlocked contact will result in a $1.25 (US, Premium plan) or $1.75 (US, Enhanced plan) charge per contact. FAQ
Q: I'm an existing customer, and the pricing model has changed. How will this affect me?
A: Existing Essentials customers will transition to the new billing model if and when they purchase Essentials again. New customers will start to subscribe under the new monthly plans starting May 1, 2025.
Q: Do I need to pay the invoice first in order to start using Recruiting Copilot?
A: No. You can start using the product immediately once the order is submitted.
Q: What if I purchased a one-time $99 plan? Will my usage amount go away now that it is monthly?
A: Number of allotted candidates from a one-time purchase of the Essentials plan will continue to be honored for one year from the date of purchase. If at any time you'd like to upgrade to a monthly subscription, you can do so via your user account management.
Q: Do my contacts roll over each month if I purchase an annual plan?
A: No. Usage limits are monthly regardless of what pricing option you choose. The annual plan gets you a 20% discount on the price because you pay for 12 months upfront, but the usage limit is still per month.
Q: What’s the difference between monthly and annual plans?
A: Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plans require upfront payment for the full year and offer a 20% discount. Usage limits remain monthly regardless of your payment choice.
Q: How do I switch between monthly and annual plans?
A: You can change your plan anytime from your Manage Plans page. If you upgrade to an annual plan mid-month, your current plan’s unused value will be applied as a credit, and your annual plan will begin immediately.
