Enable Overage Billing

In the case where you've reached your unlock limit and may want to unlock a few more contacts without upgrading your plan, you will be prompted to enable overage billing. This is completely optional. Note only the account owner can do this.

The cost of each overage unlock will depend on your plan:

• Enhanced = $1.75 per unlock
• Premium - $1.25 per unlock

Overage spend is limited to 2x your subscription limit to protect from any gross billing overruns. The usage will be billed at the specified rate at the end of the billing period (month).

Once enabled, you can manage your Overage Billing plan from the Billing & Usage menu.

You can always monitor your overage billing usage in the bottom right corner of your screen. You'll see your plan and the amount of overage contacts you've unlocked.

Disable overage billing any time by heading to Account Management > Billing & Usage.
