When you utilize a ScaleUp Curated attribute, that is going to include candidates with that specific attribute (job title, etc.). ScaleUp separates seniority levels in job titles. Whereas, if you manually input a text value, that gets input as a text string, which will by default include prefixes like "Senior," "Lead," or "Principal."
Let's say you're looking for a VP of Engineering for your company. You can start typing that job tile/value in the Job Title field when searching, and ScaleUp Curated will try and autofill the rest of the text for you. If you do this, ScaleUp will automatically weave out those prefix or other words mentioned above to only search for those with the job title equivalent or similar to Senior VP of Engineering.
If you were to manually type in the job role as a text string, "senior vice president of engineering" and search will pull in candidates with similar titles that may not exactly be "Senior" but will have "Principal" or "Lead" in their title.
